This project began in Vancouver — drawn to the skies here, to the way light moves over the mountains and the water, to the quality of a sunrise above the North Shore on a January morning. British Columbia has an extraordinary relationship with sky and atmosphere, and these images are rooted in that. Over time, the project has grown beyond any single location: an ongoing record of the earth's beauty, wherever it appears.
There is no grand thesis. Just attention, and the belief that this kind of beauty is worth noticing — and worth sharing with people who might not have the time, the access, or the moment to encounter it themselves.
The photographs are available for display in spaces across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — hospitals and healthcare facilities, mental health and therapy practices, senior living and long-term care homes, hospices, schools and public libraries, hotels and hospitality spaces, corporate offices and building lobbies, cafes, restaurants, and spaces currently under design or construction. If you are an interior designer, architect, developer, or work in community or social services in Vancouver or the surrounding area, and are looking for nature photography to bring into a space, this work is available.
Commissioned location work is also available for projects outside British Columbia. If you are building or designing a space elsewhere and want photography that reflects a specific landscape or place, get in touch.
Prints will be available soon.
